- A booking is only valid once it has been explicitly confirmed by the Restaurant, by telephone or email. An automatic confirmation of the form’s submission does not constitute confirmation of the booking.
- During busy periods, particularly during the tourist season, the Restaurant may temporarily suspend table bookings or limit their availability. Up-to-date information will be provided via the form, on the website, by telephone or by the Restaurant’s staff.
- Customers who are unable to make use of their booking should cancel it as early as possible, either by telephone or email.

6. Special events and groups
- The terms and conditions for organising special events and group bookings are agreed individually with the Restaurant.
- The Restaurant may make confirmation of a group booking or event conditional upon the payment of a deposit. Before making the payment, the customer will be informed of the amount of the deposit, the payment deadline, the cancellation policy and the agreed scope of services.
- Unless otherwise agreed by the parties:
- cancellation of the event at least 14 days before the date will result in a full refund of the deposit paid;
- cancellation between 7 and 13 days before the date will result in a refund of 50% of the deposit;
- cancellation less than 7 days before the date of the event, or the group’s failure to attend, may result in the deposit being retained, but not exceeding the amount of reasonable costs incurred by the Restaurant.
- If the event does not take place for reasons attributable to the Restaurant, the deposit paid will be refunded in full, unless the parties agree on an alternative date.
- The group organiser is responsible for informing participants of the Restaurant’s rules and for updating the number of guests by the deadline agreed with the Restaurant.
- In the case of catering services provided on a specific date, the statutory right to withdraw from the contract may not apply, in accordance with the applicable regulations. This does not limit the customer’s rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
